Laura Perry Smalts is an author and speaker who shares her story of how Jesus Christ rescued her from a transgender identity. She also speaks and teaches on a variety of topics related to transgenderism and God’s design of human beings as male and female. She has had the privilege of telling her story through a variety of platforms including radio, film, TV, conferences, schools, and churches. Her story is available in her autobiography, Transgender to Transformed.
Through Jesus, we can know true freedom. Without Jesus, we are held captive by sin's power in our lives and destined to receive the penalty for our sin when we die. But God so loved us that He sent Jesus, His one and only Son, to live a perfect life, die on a cross for our sins, and rise again from the dead. Because of His death and resurrection, we can be saved if we turn from our sin and trust Him to be our Savior.
So why not turn to Jesus today and be set free?

No one can deny that this world is messed up, and when we experience pain and suffering, we long for the truth that can set us free. The transgender ideology tells us a lie that you can only find freedom by following your emotions to discover your true self. The message of God's wisdom in the Bible however reveals that it is only through living in the truth found in Christ - not in ourselves - that we can be set free.
