Rosaria Butterfield felt like she had a great life as a tenured professor of English and women’s studies at Syracuse University. She was also an outspoken advocate for LGBT rights and a prominent gay rights activist in New York. Her life took a profound turn in 1999 after an unexpected spiritual awakening led her to Christianity. Everything changed when she met Jesus. Today, Rosaria focuses on promoting biblical perspectives on sexuality, identity, and faith. She continues to engage with these issues by addressing cultural and theological challenges through her books, public speaking, and hospitality ministry alongside her husband, Kent, a Reformed Presbyterian pastor in North Carolina.
Through Jesus, we can know true freedom. Without Jesus, we are held captive by sin's power in our lives and destined to receive the penalty for our sin when we die. But God so loved us that He sent Jesus, His one and only Son, to live a perfect life, die on a cross for our sins, and rise again from the dead. Because of His death and resurrection, we can be saved if we turn from our sin and trust Him to be our Savior.

So why not turn to Jesus today and be set free?

Why is homosexuality wrong?

Can I be set free from
sexual sin?

How has your life changed after being set free?

GOD'S PLAN FOR US IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN HOMOSEXUALITY

The Bible’s message about God’s design for human intimacy and sexuality is far better than the world’s. The message our world has for people is that you can be whoever you want to be, and you can identify yourself however you want. However, the Bible’s message is that God is the One who created us, and the identity He has for us is far better than anything we can come up with ourselves.
